It’s Royal Wedding Time!! And, whether you know us, we are going to tie a workout to it!  Join us for this Royal Wedding Workout and lets get our sweat on!

Rachel and I have been committed to working out while watching TV (Especially genuineity TV!).  If we want to watch The True Homewives, The Bachelor, or Holding Up With The Karsprintians, you KNOW we are on the treadmill or the elliptical!  It’s nearly become moment nature – sometimes I can’t wait to get on the elliptical when I get domestic just to catch up on my shows!

The royal wedding is ALL we have been hearing about lately.  From talk shows, to the radio, and even the contemporarys, the entire world cannot wait for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to get married! Its happening on Friday night and will start airing about 3-4 am on Saturday in the US.  I prefer to get my workout in first leang in the morning so you will find me glued to the screen about 5-5:30 am (sorry, 3 am just isn’t going to work for me, lol).

Since we love to get our workout in while watching TV (killing two birds with one stone – #multitasking) and our past TV workout – The Football Game Workout – went over so well, we decided to create another TV workout for the wedding.

While watching, any time one of the descriptions occurs, you do the exercise that’s under it.  If for some reason you cant do one of the moves, switch it out for someleang that you are more consolationable with.  The point is to keep moving … do what works for YOU!
